Pro biotics recommendations please

I know Holland and barrett had some age appropriate ones but we didn't end up using them. For nursery sickness the only things I've learnt is, change clothes the moment they come home and wash them, give her a really good wash with soap especially hands and face. Whenever we leave soft play and big kiddie areas we do this too. Got this tip from a veteran mother and it reduced sickness for us

We do the same as @Natacia and also wash his hands before any meal/ snack which seams obvious but I didn’t think about it because he’s so young 😅 Also, we use optibac drops, multivitamin & elderberry syrup (just introduced). He still gets poorly but I think because it’s his first winter at nursery, it’s just how it is and his immune system is developing.
