Nighttime struggles

Anyone else having issues getting their 3 year old to bed, and once that’s done, actually keeping them there?!! Bedtime is such a battle at the mo with the strops / tantrums and it’s only been in the last 2 weeks ago. Before he was asleep within 5/10 mins max but now, it can be anything up to 30 mins 🙈 As soon as he hears ‘bed time’, it’s like let the battle commence. Also, he’s started waking up in the night (having slept through for months and months and months) and is now wondering into our room wanting a sleep over.

Yep. My little girl has been waking up in the night again and only way to get her back to sleep is for her to have cuddles. Which we thought was due to something that happened at nursery but now not so sure. We also found it was taking over an hour to get her to bed so I've changed her routine, we have a dance party in her room for 10-15mins and then lullabies go on and we lay down and cuddle, for 10-15mins lullabies go off and then off to sleep. Seems to be working (hope I haven't jinxed it 🤣)

We get to sleep in about 10mins but we had started sleeping through the night and then stopped again the last month, we've also gone backwards a little on being toilet trained so think she is having a big development leap and getting her final molars. 🙄
