We go out maybe twice a week? I can’t afford to go out every day on maternity leave and the weather has been so horrible I don’t want to take her fpr walks as it’s always raining
We go out ~2-3 times a week and have felt the same guilt as you! I don't think every day is necessary, especially when you're exhausted from lack of sleep and the crappy weather! I usually find it makes me feel better on those days we do go out 😊
Mine is 13.5 weeks. I take her out when I can but a lot of days we are in for the long haul. Also- she falls asleep whenever I take her on a walk in the pram so she doesn’t even know she’s been out 😂😂 I also feel guilty over alot of things- I think that’s a very normal reaction to loving someone so much. At the end of the day- the baby needs love and security at this time which you are clearly giving 100% whether or not you leave the house xxx
I was going on daily walks almost religiously for my mental stability but havnt been able to recently cuz the weather has been horrendous and I am like a rat in a box just all riled up and worried and overthinking so I wouldnt say you have to go out but it sometimes help more than you think! Even if it’s just a walk round the block so you have 10 minutes not being touched. You don’t have to be ‘doing things’ when you go out if that makes sense
We go out most days, but only to my mums house for my sanity😂
I have a 17 month old and a 3 month old and I find it's easiest to go to rhyme time/story time at the library and playgroups. We go out 4 days a week.
My little one is 12 weeks today and we try and do something everyday, a drive in the car, a walk, a walk round shops, visit my mum. Anything for both of us. I find it helps with sleep too (although not your sleep!)
I go out every other day with my baby, same with the bath time. 😊 she will be 11 weeks on Sunday.
