Peri chicken wrap lol I should literally be off it now the amount of times I’ve eaten it. I marinate chicken (whatever seasoning my spirit tells me but usually salt paprika chillies lemon juice olive oil cayenne pepper coriander) then pan or air fry, pour store bought peri sauce then throw in a wrap with salad
Always tomato pasta 😂
My go to are: - some sort of sauce with minced beef (onions, garlic, minced, chopped tomatoes) - oven baked chicken or fish and veggies (Peppers, potatoes, zuchinni, carrots, broccoli) - ham and cheese omelettes
Fry onion, any veg knocking around, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli flakes, salt, turmeric, packet rice and freezer prawns. Serve with some sesame oil
pasta is usually my go to!! whether it's cheesy or tomato sauce, or garlic butter and herb, it's usually substantial enough. i can also hide veggies in it lol. tofu and rice with any veg is also a staple when i don't feel like cooking, or breakfast for dinner
Pasta or breakfast for dinner
Frozen cheese tortellini, a rotisserie chicken and a jar of Alfredo sauce.
Chicken potatoes broccoli i toss in olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder put on a cookie sheet and bake. Apple sauce. Everyone eats it and my oldest can do it
@Katrina this!! 😂 Always grab a jar of tomato pasta sauce for the cupboard for those CBA days. It’s actually my stepsons favourite and he tells everyone he loves my “homemade tomato pasta” 🤣🤣
Frozen Quorn fillets, frozen peppers and onions chucked in a frying pan, there’s always tortilla wraps, lettuce & sauce there Or pesto pasta
Baked feta pasta! 30 minutes 400 degree oven, feta and tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, garlic, spices (salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, w/e you want) while that’s going make your pasta, reserve some of the pasta water to add after you crush the tomatoes and mix the baked feta in once it’s done baking.I use a big baking pan so I can mix it altogether. Enjoy ✨
Pasta and sauce, scrambled eggs, pizza or chicken nuggets and tots
Chicken legs, throw them in the oven with ready to oven vegetables and a few small potatoes. Season well. I feel like that’s not even cooking tbh
Something we call chorizo hash. Chorizo, peppers, red onion, all cut to the same ish size. Diced potatoes cooked til crispy. Cook chorizo and veggies with garlic, chilli, paprika and dried parsley then add potatos. We finish with an egg on top. It’s so quick and tastes really good x

Pasta or quesadillas
Jacket potato, beans and cheese ✌️
Baked potato with store-bought salad as a side. Just stab and pop in the oven for an hour then top with cheese or sour cream or whatever. Salad already ready.
Spag bowl
Mac and cheese with broccoli/spinach/peas, fried rice (whenever we have some leftover rice), and toasties or just any sandwiches with cucumber/peas. The laziest one would be frozen pizza 😅
If I’ve delayed making dinner and now have no time, pasta, tofu scramble, or a red lentil dal with rice. All take 20 min or less to prepare. If I have the time, jacket potato and beans. I’ve also been known to make waffles for dinner (6 min to prep, 3 min in the waffle iron!)
Cheesy pasta, for some reason the kids love it lol
Fry chorizo, onions and mushrooms.. cook some pasta and chuck over a stir in pasta sauce .. ready in around 20 mins and super tasty!
- Cheesy tuna pasta bake - Spinach & ricotta ravioli with a creamy pesto sauce (literally just a few tablespoons of sundried tomato pesto, diced onion and cherry tomatoes fried and then add single cream and chopped spinach and cook for a few more mins) - Pizza, salad, coleslaw & sweetcorn - mixed vegetable rice and yoghurt - Tandoori paneer salad They all take about 15-20 mins to make!
My girls like plain pasta with cheese 🙄 Breakfast for dinner Or toasties sometimes with soup
I own an electric pressure cooker so I can easily throw things in and it’s done really quick. Rice is almost always involved. Lebanese bread sandwiches if I really can’t be bothered. I put labneh, zaatar and veggies. Tostadas are also a quick meal if you just get a rotisserie chicken.
Box of cilantro lime rice and polish sausage in the rice cooker.. Pasta, sauce, cheese, water all in casserole dish. Butter chicken sauce from Costco, chicken thighs, rice. Cheese and spinach ravioli from Costco, add sauce. Tater tot casserole...taters, cheese, cream of mushroom or chicken, ground beef, frozen veggies...also a great way to get rid of leftovers because any ground beef works and any potatoes work. Or sometimes just a frozen pizza and ice cream 😅
Cheeseburger pasta! 500g beef mince Pasta American mustard Tomato passata I found it on TikTok! X
It’s called “I can’t be bothered to cook dinner” and y’all out here fully cooking!!! Anyway I throw something frozen in the air fryer 😂
@Elizabeth thankyou. This is exactly what I was thinking too 😂

Sandwiches
@Elizabeth obv we all have different definitions of what that means 😅 for my choices, pasta takes about 10 minutes to cook which is why it’s my go-to “lazy” meal, fried rice is also about 10 minutes too, just throw some veg like peas and carrots in, add egg and rice and a bit of seasoning and it’s done, and sandwiches are just bread and whatever I have in the cupboard
I make massive amounts when I cook specifically so I can freeze some for those days when I just cba lol
Honestly I make a banging chow mein! It tastes the same if not better than the takeaways (they can be a little dry sometimes) and it’s so easy to make and quick!
I also make a mayo pasta salad. I make tonnes of it because it keeps so well in the fridge. It’s pasta, light mayo, paprika, cheddar cheese cubes, diced bell pepper, sweetcorn and diced cucumber. It takes little time to make and it is great for lunch the next day
Chicken nuggets
Chicken chow mein. Chicken in soy sauce, five spice, a little chilli and cornflour. Fry until brown. I add red bell pepper and broccoli, sometimes onion, add some cooked noodles and stir-fry for a few minutes. Bean sprouts in at the end. Spring onions on top, black pepper and sesame oil to season :)
Rice with mixed vegetables lol
Super easy and healthy dinner that has 1 min prep time - salmon fillets (just add seasoning you like) with asparagus… chuck in the oven and do a microwave pack of rice … all done in under 15 mins. My go to seasoning is garlic granules, paprika and salt but can use dill, or chilli flakes or even pesto :)
Super quick meal: rice, frozen peas, frozen corn and cut up hotdog microwave 5 mins. Add any sauce you want (I usually have tamari and crispy chili pepper oil). It used to be called my "it's exam time" meal now it's my "I work until 730 and need to get something on the table that my son will eat" meal
My husband just reminded me I often just pan fry some halloumi in a bit of chilli flakes and honey (2 mins each side) and make a tzatziki, and then do couscous/warm flatbreads with it and if I have pomegranate i sprinkle that on top too Its super quick, couscous takes about 5 mins or flatbread a few mins under grill and the tzatziki is just grated cucumber, yoghurt, olive oil, salt, garlic and dill mixed together
So I made some cheesy bread with french bread from the store and then served that with some fried chicken nuggets I made. Took me under 2hrs. The kids liked it. Quesadillas are also a quick option to make or loaded mac and cheese.
My go to easy dinners when I have no energy and help: Pizza sandwhich (grill ketchup and cheese on bread) Freezer surprise Omelette Beans on toast or jacket potato’s
Second vote for jacket potatoes! Also, creamy leek and chorizo pasta, sausage meatball pasta, ‘pantry’ soup…
Dishes are my worst enemy. I don’t usually mind cooking. I love a 1 pan meal that takes minutes to prep: On a cookie sheet… 1. Toss a bag of frozen vegetables (cauliflower and/or broccoli) and a bag of frozen sweet potatoes in avocado oil. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 2. Spread evenly over pan leaving space in the center for a pre-seasoned pork tenderloin (sometimes I use chicken breast and season it at the same time as the veggies). 3. Bake at 400°F/ 200°C for about 30 minutes. 4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pork or chicken. Always delicious, nutritious, and quite effortless since the oven does the work. I usually just have to clean the cookie sheet and a knife.

Jacket potato, beans and cheese. Egg fried rice if I have rice from the previous day. Anything involving couscous!
I tend to boil some filled gnocchi up and add pesto.
