Making friends

Has anyone else found it really hard to make mum friends? My little one is asking for friends but it’s so hard to make them. I feel awful. I feel like I’m doing something wrong when I text other mums as eventually they just stop replying and I’m desperately trying to make friends for my daughter, but also for myself, while making sure they are good people to be around. Does anyone have any advice?

I have twin 3 year olds…I try take them to groups and play areas but never make friends so no ideas…maybe it’s my face and that I have 2 screaming tearaways that I’m running after 😂

Message me I’m from Maidstone and have a 2 year old and a 5 year old x

So hard with working full time, finding someone with the right age kid(s), compatible schedule, in a manageable location, that you also actually click with feels like a unicorn! It's not just you and for now I've stopped.... I'm really lucky I've kept most of my pre-baby friends who have been great, but don't have anyone really for my daughter to spend time with as well
