I had a bf but I broke up with him and started talking to my baby daddy again and my exs birthday was yesterday and he wants me to spend the night what do I do ? My baby daddy is controlling he wants to get back and wants me sleeping at his house all night and wants my location because he feels as if I’m going to go to my ex 😩😩

Remind yourself as to WHY these men are exes. Sounds like your BD is kinda trying to love bomb you and tell you what he thinks you want to hear. Distance yourself from both. Take a break for yourself and find some inner peace without either of these men’s input.
