I don’t think they say unless they’re sure. I went for two scans, same day and she still could not confirm gender so said she wasn’t comfortable writing anything down for us. Waiting on the 20wk one instead.
I know exactly what you mean as I feel the same, I had an early scan that took over 20mins and some jumping jacks to see properly and I was told girl and I am still 1% doubtful until my 20wk scan. Although saying that, the hamburger thing looks so clear on this picture.
