Please answer if you have PCOS- I have PCOS and have struggled with getting my periods at all. For the longest time, I have not had periods and have had to use Provera to help induce one. If u have PCOS - have you experienced no periods?

If so- for how long have you not had a period? - without intervention (meds to help)

Ive had great success with myo-inositol supplements. Also convinced it helped me conceive 3 times!

@Cesca hey, thank you for your comment. Have you ever experienced no periods for a very long time? I am 30 and I have been struggling to get any periods and have been given Provera to get them.

I went over 2 years with no periods, no ovulation etc. Started taking Myo-inositol supplements and got pregnant within 6 months. It brought back my period within the first month. Honestly felt like magic to me. I had my son 2 years ago now and since he was born I had maybe 1 ‘period’, now I’m thinking of trying to conceive my second, I’ve started taking Myo-inositol again everyday and it’s induced my periods like clockwork, I’ve had 3 cycles on it so far. Highly recommend

I used to have average cycles of around 48 days - but it went up to 85+ some cycles. With myo-inositol they became more 34-38 days. Its supposed to regulate your body, I found it decreased my woollyheadedness and ADHD symptoms too.

Just been diagnosed with PCOS myself and currently on cycle day 112🫣 been on metformin & myo-inositol for 6 weeks, just got my first very strong ovulation test since January! As previously I always needed to take provera to induce my periods aswell. X

@Holly I thought it wasnt working at first cause i was told i would get my period by a certain date after. Turns out i was actually pregnant! Completely crazy!

My longest stretch was 6 months when I was younger and I used to average about every 3 months.

Longest I’ve gone without a period is about 7-8months. It was 6ish months this last time and had to take Provera to induce my period. I bled HEAVILY for 5 days straight before it lightened up and was gone by day 7.

I've gone 6 months at a time without a period. Then had to have it induced. The the other time I went without it for 5 months but I was pregnant and didn't know.

I have/had the opposite where I bleed constantly. Been taking metformin for diabetes and it seems to have a positive effect so far.
