My baby came at 30+6 and we were able to take her home after 4 weeks
28+4 just under 8 weeks x
24+6 and 4 months in hospital, he was discharged the week after his due date x
34wks - no nicu just a few days phototherapy for jaundice
My babe came at 35wks and needed 1wk. I was born at 34wks and also needed 1wk
Depends on baby and their needs. My first spent 6 weeks in after being born at 32 weeks. My second spent 16 days born at 32+1 so really just depends on their needs
My baby girl was born right at 33 weeks. She stayed in NICU for a month.
She was born at 24 weeks and we stayed 9 months. I honestly think it depends on the baby's health condition at the time.
30 and 3 with my twins. They had to stay for 2 and a half months.
35+3 by emergency section, she was there for 2 weeks but felt like forever xx
Baby came at 29w 6d, stayed 78 days in the NICU. Came home a week after her due date. All babies are different though so don’t stress if your experience differs from others!
Baby was 33 weeks 3 days. She came out via emergency c section with no breathing interventions needed(had steroid injections also) she spent about a week in Nicu and 3 weeks on SCBU. This was down to her gestation and her being really small
My son was born at 28 weeks, and he came home after 2 months.
34+3, 5 weeks exactly. She was big and healthy, but struggled to learn to eat. Something I learned, as hard as it is, is that no preemies journey is the same, I've known others who had very short stays with equally young babies.

34 weeks 10 days in nicu
Born at 34 weeks, exactly stayed 29 days. It honestly varies. I know someone who had a baby at 34 weeks, and they got to take her home the next day. It's all gonna depend on what happens at delivery
28 weeks - 53 days. We waited until he was fully bottle feeding no tubes and didn't need low flow oxygen either.
@Jodie How's the little one? I remember your post when he came. How was the journey overall. Did they have to do many interventions ?
34 weeks - no nicu but on transitional care so they could monitor her feeding and weight but me and dad could stay with her in the room. Was about 4/5 days
@Lea (name changed).. aw hes doing really well thank you! Came off his oxygen a few months ago and is hitting all of his milestones, you would never know he was so prem now really! He had to have cpr twice in nicu, one time was really touch and go, and he’s had three surgeries but only for hernia repairs, he’s been discharged from all professionals now, he’s a little miracle ✨
@Jodie Oh, thank you, Jesus! I'm really happy to hear how well he's striving. 🤗😇 God is good! I've a new form respect for premie doctors and nurses. My daughter came at 34 weeks last year in April and had pda surgery on her heart 3 weeks ago. These nurses on doctors deserve recognition. Before, my daughters discharged my husband, and I walked along the ward to pray for all the babies. Its so emotional seeing them, but they are also strong fighters 💪
My little man was born at 33 & 3 and he had to stay 3 weeks. Hardest 3 weeks of my life!
