C section silicone patches
Hello, does anyone recommend the patches? I'm scared that my scar will become infected due to being on the bigger size and having a bit of a belly apron.

I've got them but with having an apron belly myself. They just rolled and unstuck themselves after a little bit. So I gave up with it
I used the silicone Scar tape. I got mine from Amazon, and think they are great, stays on for 7 days and I could shower without worrying about it coming off. I first used it on my next after having a semi thyroidectomy.

Yeh definitely it doesn’t help with healing I don’t think? Just appearance it made my scar look much flater and lighter in colour but definitely recommend once you’re healed x
