Taking ages to go to sleep!

Need some advice please! Our daughter is currently taking at least an hour or two to go to sleep each night, she’s not upset just likes to be cheeky and mess around. We have tried no nap, nap, different bedtimes etc. She used to be very reliant on having a bottle to go to sleep, which we have managed to stop around 2 months ago. In the past few weeks she just seems to be getting worse 🙈

Hi, have you tried finding something to replace the bottom, seen as that was her comfort and she dosent have it anymore , maybe you should try replacing it with a different comfort. A teddy, blanket/comforter, certain sounds, galaxy lights for your ceiling , reading too soothe , and also maybe start letting her know it’s bedtime soon atleast 30 mins before you put her to sleep x if not my last thing to try would be taking a walk for 20 minutes and letting her exhaust the little energy that’s left x

Replace the bottle*?

I'm in the same boat. My daughter over this last week has started taking ages to go to sleep whereas she would usually be asleep withing 10-20 minutes. It's now taking up to an hour or more at a time. We have the same routine every night so nothing has changed I'm missing out on time with my older 2 children because I'm having to stay in the room with her otherwise all hell breaks loose.

You’ve said you’ve tried moving nap/no nap. How long is the nap? Have you tried adjusting the length of the nap? However mine has also learned delaying tactics to avoid putting pjs on or having a bath but im hoping it’s just a phase - ours doesn’t last more than 20 mins half hour x
