I personally found it hard to find. The staff from memory were quite blunt but this was a couple of years ago! X
It was a bit hard to find (I’ve lived there my whole life till a few years ago but still was a big confused) and the lady was rude about my picture on my provisional license 😂 but I didn’t care that much. This was in 2022 however!
I thought it was easy to find but yes they were rude
Is it by Croydon college? And do you take your things in with you or you have to lock them away

I’m like 90% sure I didn’t have to but maybe take a few pound coins just in case, it’s been over a year since I had mine

I don't know Croydon a lot but I got there easily using Google map. The lockers are free. Get there 15 minutes before your test, you won't have enough time to notice if they are rude or not. They just tell you what to do. Had my test this year.
I’ve been there but coz I know Croydon it’s not hard for me but for someone who doesn’t know the area it is pretty tricky o_O The ppl who work there aren’t exactly friendly .. seems like they’re just there to do there job lol. I wouldn’t say rude though
