Mixed feelings

Back in the end of July/beginning of August I had a back to back miscarriage which was very very hard on me I just found out a week ago due to an emergency room visit that I have a fibroid in my uterus. I know it’s not a “huge” deal and it can be removed but due to all the complications with my delivery and recovery it’s brought up more trauma I guess and it just sucks honestly. Especially because The losses were so so hard on me. It’s hard because I still feel like I could’ve done something different for this to have all been prevented.
