Induction
I’m due on 23/12, I have a midwife appointment booked for the 24th and she advised that we will then discuss an induction. How quickly is this likely to be booked in after my due date?

7-10 days after due date is when they usually induce.
Depends on health board I think. I was told today it’s 12 days over my due date I’d get induced unless a medical reason for it to happen earlier
I was told the current guidance is 12 days most your due date although mine was booked in for 11 days after due to availability x

They typically leave you about a week unless it’s maternal request and then you could be pushed back if emergencies come through
