Extremely gassy baby

What can I eat?? My baby is 3 months old and for the last couple weeks she has just been so incredibly gassy. I cut out dairy but she's still gassy. I'm now cutting out caffeine, spices, carbonated drinks, and wheat as my hubby said those can cause it as well. What can I eat so she's not so gassy and fussy?

Might be best to speak to a lactation consultant but as far as I know none of that stuff passes into breast milk and affects how gassy a baby is. Some babies are just more gassy. My son has infacol before every feed but he gets distracted while latched and looks around meaning he takes more air in and ends up gassy af because of it! Breastmilk is made from your blood not your stomach contents so it’s basically only milk proteins from dairy products that can pass into it, not carbonated drinks etc.

Fennel tea is meant to help. I drink it 3x a day and feel it’s helped babys wind but that could be my imagination

They get like that around that age. First they struggle to pass gas and poop and then they toot everywhere. It won't last, their body is slowly working more and more as they grow
