It was amazing had both of mine in the grange, was all lovely I had 2 c sections 2nd one ended up in NICU and they was just incredible, I definitely had a good experience xx

@Sarah how did you find the post natal care? I’ve been told it’s all private rooms so my partner should be able to stay the whole time but others have said the partners are not allowed to stay?

I’ve recently given birth at the grange and it was fantastic. And yes private rooms but partners only allowed 8-8 (depending on when you give birth obvs) x

@Carla thankyou x

I gave birth there 7 weeks ago and they are amazing. Incredible team of women in all areas. I was in the induction ward, then labour ward for birth and then a room in the birthing suite after birth. Whenever I went to triage during the pregnancy, they were incredible. You’re in good hands and the rooms are lovely. Outside of the labour ward, partners can’t stay the night so when I was in the induction ward, I had my own room which is smaller but he could only stay 8-8. In labour ward and birthing suite they can stay, although there is only a recording chair for them to snooze on. You’ll get all your meals but your partner will have to go and buy his own but the canteen is so cheap and there is the Costa. My hubby was given tea and toast with me after the birth hehehe but take snacks too. All the best x

@Maneek they let your partner stay over night? (Not including when in labour obviously) x

Amazing care. I was in labour for 14 hrs so I had a lot of midwives. They were incredible. I had to be sutured and my only bad experience was the doctor who examined me, no empathy and didn't care that I was in pain. The midwives quickly intervened and told her to stop and set a plan of action for me. Absolutely I credible care from start to end.

@Carla my little one was born 4.17am so he stayed all day and night across the two days. The night after he was born he went home as he was knackered and the next day and night he stayed all day until 11.30pm but they discharged us then

When in to be induced November 29th and had my boy December 2nd, all the midwife’s were amazing, really good experience just found it quite lonely with the private rooms xx
