Is bleeding after/during sex an endo thing?

This wasn’t a recent thing 😅 I don’t even know why I remembered It tbh just kinda came into my head 😂😂 It was before I was diagnosed with endo but not before I was experiencing symptoms It was a few years ago now but I was with my bf at the time and we weren’t doing anything particularly different but I had bled enough for a whole period at once 😳 pretty sure it happened during it but we didn’t notice until after it 🙈 but there wasn’t any pain but the stain on the sheet reached my hair 🥴 I don’t believe it was a period because I had nothing before or after it It had always kinda confused me 🤷‍♀️
