@Gabrielle not sure if you can cause this is facing me but here she drags them in that position
Oh gotcha. I see what you mean. How long has he been doing this? Maybe stop putting pants on him and stop having the mat below him because right now he’s slippery enough that he cns just drag himself. He needs some friction to learn how to not drag and to move his legs. So maybe put a onesie on him instead and movie the mat for the time being. Or just try the onesie and see how that works
My kids had a hard time too when they had their knees covered or had their feet covered because they would slip all over the place
It might be because there’s pants, socks and a mat under her and she’s not nothing to grip to using her legs. I’d get in touch with a doctor if your worried about her crawling as we aren’t doctors so we can’t give proper advice x
@Gabrielle yeah she’s only been doing that for the past few days but she’s also learning maybe that’s why I’ll try without the slippery pj and mat see how she does
@Julia you are right ! Was just asking if worth asking doctor im a first time mom she’s my first child so this is all new anxiety to me 🤣😩
@Emilia See how she does without that mat and pants on as I’m assuming that you have wooden/panel flooring and see how she gets on when she’s got more grip x
@Julia thanks I’ll try tomorrow for sure !
Our daughter did this initially, maybe for about a month, even at times with one leg sticking out to the side. It was just her transition to crawling and she started crawling properly after a while 😊
I mean can you send a video I’m not sure what you mean. Because normally they crawl with their legs under them so I’m not sure how she’d move like this
