Does heartburn go when baby drops?

I’m not sure because I’m sure mines gotten worse 😭

I hope as soon as I push this baby out that it disappears because right now Gavison is my best friend but even that is starting not to work😖

@Kristina gaviscon doesn’t work , I take it and it settles for 10 mins and starts all over again 😭

I ended up getting omoprazol as couldn't handle rib pain plus acid reflux and heartburn..... don't suffer ladies. It's a game changer and I'm enjoying the pregnancy more and able to keep food down and sleep which for me is more important xx

36+2 I think my little girl has dropped as I had awful acid/heartburn and now it's suddenly disappeared completely x

Omeprazole has saved my life 😅 I've had the worst heartburn all throughout my pregnancy and I've finally been prescribed some and it's actually amazing!! Wish I'd been taking it a lot sooner!

I've tried to get Omeprazole from my gp all week but they've had no appointments, not even the phone 😩 will keep trying though

Ah, I just asked my midwife and she got some prescribed for me! You can buy Omeprazole yourself.. but it's quite expensive!! Worth it until you get some prescribed maybe?

Mine didn't last time and hasn't this time -- I had heartburn throughout labour and gaviscon is top of my hospital bag list!!!!

@Louise my next appointment isn't for some time but last time I asked her she just said to try a few different things. Might have to just get some if gp doesn't get me an app soon 🥲
