Breastfeeding

8 months exclusively breastfeeding 🙋‍♀️😭

I am!!! 28 months in! I don’t plan to stop anytime soon 🩷

I am & loving it! It’s good and beneficial to do it as long as you can. I am now pregnant with my second baby so we are only nursing once a day

I am. Mostly because she still wants to. I am trying to wait for self weaning.

I wanted to stop but I also was so worried I’d miss that time with her and feel sad she’s grown up so quickly. But oh my god. A month after stopping i was like hell yeah I’m so glad we’re done.

I am, but not my todddler. I stopped breastfeeding him the end of January so we could have number 2. It was a hard few days but we both adjusted fine. As far as having that time with him, we eat all our meals together and he has a cup of milk with me in bed Bedford bedtime. I actually gave him a little of my milk in a cup once sister was born. He said yuck! 🤣

@Usinger lol . Any tips on weaning ?

@Annalicia we started right around 1. We replaced breast milk with whole Milk. It helped that he had bottles while I was at work. I just slowly started taking one feed away at a time. We were down to just one before bed. The last time I said mils all gone say bye bye. He waved bye and pulled down my shirt. The next night he tried to get some and I said “milks all gone we said bye bye remember?” I gave him a cup of milk and we snuggled and drank it. He was ok with it. By night 3 he was running to the fridge for milk. 🤷‍♀️ he did really good.
