9 Month Sleep Regression

Any tips for dealing with 9 month sleep regression? We survived the 4 month one (barely) but the 9 month just started and it is pushing me to the brink of sanity 😭 I need my decompression time at night or I literally struggle to function normally.

For my girl that’s 9 1/2 months, less naps during the day. Her last nap is around 3/ 3:30 and then she’s down around 7:30 and doesn’t wake up till 7am the next day.

I’m dealing with this now too and had a really bad experience with the regression at 4 months as well. She still doesn’t sleep through the night I’m so close to losing my mind 🥹

She wakes up around 7:30 next nap is around 9:30 then 3/3:30 and then bed time around 7:30pm.

So she is typically a great sleeper which is why I know it’s a regression- we are on 2 naps, one at 12 and one at 3:30. Bedtime is 8 and she sleeps usually until 8:30-9am. But when the regressions hit she wakes up in the crib and won’t go back down so we are doing the Ferber method which worked after a few days during the 4 month. I just am so stressed and exhausted and it makes day to day function so so challenging when I’m not sleeping and she’s cranky because she’s not sleeping enough.

@Ozzy I’m totally with you 😩
