Clary sage in the diffuser
@Sophie not all essential oils are recommended when youâre pregnant so Iâd look into this one x
This is what Iâm doing - I had to be induced last time so this time Iâm doing EVERYTHING: From 32 weeks raspberry leaf tea and 6-8 dates per day. From 37 weeks clary sage oil, loads of walking, bounce/ figure of 8 moves on the birth ball, nipple stimulation (1 hour per day), SEX, yoga pelvic opening positions, oxytocin-generating tv and films, loads of hugs and affection with partner, acupuncture gentle âinductionâ session at 39 weeks

@Sophie I was advising the person who wrote the post to look into it as it may be suitable for you but it isnât for everyone. Itâs just some general advice

My last baby i cleaned my entire house like down on my hands and knees scrubbing floors and in between when I was having breaks I was bouncing and doing circles on the exercise ball went to bed around 9.30 because I was exhausted woke up at 2am in labour
