Okay that makes me feel less guilty! I literally did the hoovering and put a wash on, had some lunch now I’ve got the shakes and feel exhausted 🫣 Then when it comes to bedtime I can’t bloody sleep
Blooming typical isn’t it! I say get as many naps as you can whenever your body is telling you it needs it. If you can’t sleep, have something little to eat, occupy yourself a little with something and you’ll drift back off eventually. There’s so much going on inside that we can’t see. We are no longer in control 😂😩. I feel the last week or so it’s got so much worse. As soon as I sit down I feel myself nodding off. Especially after eating something!
It is! I feel myself getting tired after doing something then the moment I lay down I can’t sleep 🫣😂 I guess if I need to nap just do it lol if that’s what my body is telling me to do. Thank you for replying I appreciate it!
I’m the same. Literally could sleep all day if life allowed it 😅
I used to be able to nap for an hour and that it, not anymore it’s more like 2/3 hours 🫣 The moment my head hits the pillow now, I’m wide awake 🙃
Maybe try napping earlier in the day if you're struggling to sleep at night? It's so normal at this stage though, pregnancy is exhausting, don't feel guilty! And tbh the ability to nap on demand is a great skill to master when baby comes!
Oh i do but i just sleep for ages 😂 plus I’ve got gestational diabetes so i need to time it for when i jab myself. The joys! Oh perfect lol!
Sleep as long as you need to, you're growing a whole person. I struggle now my son is only on one nap a day so I alternate days between napping and chores hahaha. I find that napping on the sofa rather than bed helps me feel less guilty haha not sure why. Oh bless you, yes deffo take things easy x
I’m exactly the same. My days are full of doing one little job then having a nap on repeat!
