out of everything in my hospital bag these are the only things i actually used - 2 pairs of underwear, socks, nappies/wipes, oversized t shirt, dressing gown, slippers, baby sleep suit & vest, charger, shower gel, hairbrush, baby blanket 🥰 i packed loads but didn’t need the rest of it, i was there 24 hours

Sorry forgot to mention maternity nappies/pads. The hospital will provide the first couple but youll need some for when you are at home.

I’m 34 weeks on Wednesday and being induced at 35, haven’t given it a second thought yet 🙈😬

I'm 31 weeks and have been packed for a while! I've been packed for at least 4 weeks?? I started to fear preterm labor and what if the baby was well enough for the NICU or what if they were not and I needed to stay away. I packed Dr. Browns Bottles, Mom and Baby clothes, slippers, socks, a blanket, breast pump, women's diapers, baby diapers, hygiene for me and baby. I'm an over packer also and this is really all I packed it certainly seems like much more.

I packed around 36 weeks? I was planning a home birth so we just packed essentials in case of an emergency … we ended up at the hospital to be induced / I ended up delivering by C-section. This is what we used over the two days: -phone charger -adult diapers .. (the hospital only provided big giant pads) -baby wipes (I wanted to use a specific kind.. the hospital had another kind) -socks -our own pillows and each of us had a throw blanket -my spouse used up all his clothes -i changed into a pj set to go home, otherwise I stayed in the hospital gown -going home outfit for baby .. he stayed naked and swaddled the whole time! -water bottle (this is a MUST) -tooth brush, hairbrush, elastics What I wish we had packed: -soothers lol .. those would have been handy on night 2 😂

I split my stuff into two bags and had separate bag for baby all labelled for hubby So for me a Main bag and a spare bag for if i needed extras and my hubby just went back to car to get We also made a snack/ food bag too mainly for my husband xx
