18mo sleep regression?

Anyone else in the throws of (what seems like) a sleep regression? My son has always been an awesome sleeper. We didn’t do formal sleep training per se but set up good habits, and he sleeps from ~11:30-2:30 for a nap , and ~7:30-6:30a for overnight. All of the sudden he’s been waking up In the middle of the night wanting us to hold him and flipping out if we try to put him down. Any ideas of how to get past this?

Try Magnesium lotion. It helps my kids get restful sleep.

Sounds like possibly a sleep regression to me. But also, 3 hours is a fairly long nap. I wonder if he’s waking because she isn’t tired enough for bedtime. Just a thought…

Yep! Same here. My son is a great sleeper but for the past few weeks he’s been up 2-3 times a night crying. We’re trying to stick with a routine and I’m trying lavender oil 🙏🏼
