Treat yourself to a cup of coffee, Don't stress your body and mind because that's important, a cup of coffee isn't going to hinder your journey, I'm still on the recommended amount for pregnancy.. That's one thing i didn't sacrifice.. Let go a little bit over Xmas and do the things you want, eat the things you want.. Personally I'm not a drinker so that wasn't a sacrifice for me, but the 11st weighloss and cutting out all the pleasures in life almost killed my spirit completely.. Moderation and balance is key lovely đ„° Sending you so much love during your journey, please be kind on yourself x
âExpecting betterâ was a great book with all the science about what you can and canât have. Iâve had one cup of coffee a day throughout IVF and early pregnancy and itâs my one joy! Keep going with the weight loss efforts but try to let yourself enjoy ChristmasâŠIVF and preparing for it is an isolating time but itâs all worth it and you wonât regret your efforts to be in the most healthy place you can be.
