Unpopular opinion maybe but I dont think exercises in pregnancy help... baby is only going to get bigger, plus you're very possibly going to have some pelvic floor impact from the birth itself. After giving birth is the time to really focus on the Kegels, especially as then baby's weight and pressure will be gone .
@Chai thank you, I think I will keep at it for the next two weeks, see where I'm at and ask my midwife at my appointment. It was never this bad with my first 🫣🙃 xx @Raya this is why I'm putting off paying for a physio, I think I'm going to wait until after I give birth and see someone after the damage is done 😳😂
Awh bless you, it’s not fun at all. My midwife recommended me to do my pelvic floor exercises during pregnancy and after. I didn’t stick with them tho but I do recommend, I wish I did🤣x
This is why I downloaded the squeezy app because it can send me reminders to do them 😂 I would definitely forget otherwise xx
i believe it’s good to do the exercises while pregnant because you’re preparing all those muscles you need during labor, id keep doing it!
Baby is more than likely head down and engaged ready for when they’re due to be born, pressing on your bladder. My daughter was head down from around 18/21 weeks and stayed like that the whole duration of my pregnancy. I constantly had lightening crotch/pressure and aching down below and always leaked when laughing, coughing or sneezing because of this. Just continue to keep doing your pelvic floor exercises xx
