Have you got a yoga/birth ball? I find mine gives so much relief

@Hannah no funnily enough I have thought of buying one but didn’t see the point now that im nearly towards the end 😂 but it may be an investment to help this pain shift! It’s agonising

Yeah same here, baby was 3/5 engaged last week, very low in my pelvis. Getting comfortable is getting harder and harder

I’m not sure how far engaged mine is but was told last week they are engaged and I’d be having a “2024” baby.. taking it with a pinch of salt 😂

Sometimes contractions can be felt in the back but I assume they're not contraction type pain? I'd suggest the ball also.. my husband even uses it when he has back pain. Maybe massage or baths?

Ball is the only way I can get comfortable now- defo worth a buy even if it’s just a few weeks x

@Loren oh gosh I’m not sure, I don’t think so! I didn’t have back contractions with my first so this is new to me!

I’m 38 weeks pregnant nearly I’ve had back pain agony since week seven and ripper pain agony since week 25 Due the 8th of January It does make it a little bit hard to know if it’s back labour or signs of labour but I’ve just been told it’s ligament pain for now until any other sign says different x

Yep the birth ball helps, just got mine yesterday lol so never too late! Also stretching, cat cow and child’s pose really help with my back pain.

The birth ball is really helpful and if you are able to get a massage that’s made a massive difference for me! But maybe hard in the next few days…

Yes I join the back pain club I haven't tried the ball yet I don't like things to cluttery around the house and the ball is big.. currently I'm taking it as braxton hicks or severe period back pain. It's all currently feeling simular to me unfortunately with suffering with endometriosis for so many years you get use to the pain 😢
