Sleep regression? Or something else?

I’m a first time mom to a 6 almost 7 month old on the 31st. These past few days I’ve noticed my son who usually goes to bed around 8:00-8:30 doesn’t fully go to sleep until 10:00-10:30, and becomes really clingy and sleepy during the day. He usually has 2 naps. But now he’s sleeping majority of the day. I don’t wake him up because I feel bad as he must be tired. Yet I don’t want to mess up his bedtime routine and sleep schedule that has been implemented since he was 5 months old. Is this considered sleep regression? What do I do? Let him sleep or keep him awake? When he’s up he’s so clingy I cannot get anything done.

Have 2 naps but time them for an hour each then wake him up yes sleep is amazing but also to much sleep can be hole different door you don’t need to open stay with his routine also teething might be the reason for sleep as it takes pain away, unwell maybe, busy days xxx

I know you hey say never wake a sleeping baby but that’s not true! I max let naps go 2 hours
