Sleep

So my baby girl is 15 weeks now, her sleeping pattern isn’t too bad exactly however she does go to sleep usually between 10:30-11:30pm, the past 2 weeks she’s been waking up during the night for a feed and going back to sleep but she did used to sleep for at least 6 hours straight before that. I feel as though her bed times are too late but if I try to put her to bed earlier she doesn’t have it and not only that she will wake up more during the night surely? I’m not too sure what to do, just following her lead atm really, any advice is appreciated 🥰

Maybe wake her up earlier so that way you can put her to sleep earlier?

What time is her nap / how many naps is she towing a day ? I would suggest starting by following the recommendations for wake windows for her age and see if that helps

I would just accept that she’s still young and sleeping patterns can constantly change. Could also be a growth spurt as well x

15 weeks is sooo young she is still figuring it all out. They eventually will get themselves into a routine and want to go to bed at a certain time. We didn't have a routine until our baby was 6 months old
