I’m so exhausted, I don’t want to play, or talk or do anything really. I don’t regret my baby but sometimes I don’t want to be a mum anymore. How do I get past this?
Sometimes I’m the same but then I look at them or they make it laugh and it just pulls me around it’s hard being a mum and we have to cherish the moments now before they get too big
Same as above, sometimes we just need a short break to bring us back to reality. I often find myself saying “I just need air” and literally 5-10mins outside makes me feel better. Try to make some time for you x
