And I still haven’t bought any new underwear or bras. They still fit but are not comfortable now. Can anyone recommend good ones for after birth? I had nursing bras from shein last time but I think I need something with more support better quality

The extenders for bras were a god Send to me initially but havnt yet brought nursing bras as it’s a bit early
I got some really comfy nursing bras from m&s
I have some really comfy M&S nursing bras from Vinted! Was using disposable Frida pants, but now using my maternity pants I found on Amazon here:

I got some comfy night ones from h and m. Then a couple of supportive day ones from m and s. I don't rate the shein ones I kept falling out the bottom and after I heard about it in don't think the dyes in the fabric are safe for that area if breastfeeding but could be wrong. However I did get some bra extenders from them so I can use some of my other bras still. I also just got multipavks of maternity pants from asda and m and s and they are so comfy I wore them for months postpartum with my last.
