Desperate for help
My 15 month old girl just will not sleep in her cot. She used to self settle and sleep through for about 2 months but then since 12 months and when she started nursery and getting illnesses she will not sleep unless it’s in our bed and we are rocking her to sleep and putting her down at night but then she’s up after 2 hours and will only settle in our bed. Has anyone got any tips that do not include CIO or controlled crying? We can’t do this anymore.

In the exact same boat here! Could’ve wrote this myself. It’s getting worse now too, not only he won’t sleep anywhere but my bed he has to have physical contact 😮💨

We had the exact same thing until we moved her to a floor bed instead of a cot. We've one on order. For now just her cot mattress is on the floor in a fully baby proofed room whilst were waiting on it. So easy to settle her. We can lie with her then just roll away! It's been an amazing change!
