Baby been sick on his milk.
My baby’s just gone 8 month and from birth he had reflux but I stopped gaviscon when I started weaning, ( advised by gp) as they said he will grow out of it when introducing food, although I’ve noticed he’s started vomiting hell of a lot more!
He used to have 8oz bottles and I’m not on 6oz becuase he just can’t keep it down. Same with food depending on the consistency of the food he brings it back up, it’s really getting me down becuase no sooner I feed him upto hours later he’s sick all over our house. Clothes everything.
Is he intolerant to his milk now?
Advice anyone?

Oh really, he literally throws his milk up the most now! It’s a nightmare I’ve been to gp this morning and prescribed him gaviscon again which I know isn’t going to help! I did think of experimenting with milk what would you advise xx
@olivia Kelleher we moved to omeprazole after finding Gaviscon made her constipated so it solved everything 😆 Like Surabhi said, could be an intolerance/allergy so maybe try not giving him food for a day too to see if it’s just the milk? Then tackle the milk from there and experiment but definitely go back to the GP if it persists!

You could try to experiment with non dairy milks (they are expensive though but worth a try to then go to your GO for prescription if it helps). You can get Aptimil Pepti 1 over Amazon. You can also be prescribed omeprazole by your GP too! My daughter has CMPA so was on it all with her reflux but it’s worked a treat!
