My green curry paste recipe is a family secret :3 but you can purchase green Thai curry paste at any Asian market or Safeway. Fry onion lots go fresh garlic Thai chilies with paste in hot soy oil. Then add coconut milk (the brand I posted is the best don’t use white people kind) bring to boil add any kind of meat cook on high for 10 mins then add your veggies and simmer for 30 mins
