I have PCOS also have 4 children and one of the way and I've conceived first time on all of them. Id be happy and love to give people advice on what I did and how I tracked it. Also sending baby dust to everyone 🥰❤

For me girls I started taking metformin on my first. I used ovulation tests on the day before and day of ovulation id have sex twice because I only ovulate for 12 hours so morning and night and id also do doggy position which is the most rated position for conception. I also would slim down id always loose a couple of pound the weeks before to kick boost and egg dropping. I appreciate everyone is different but I'm happy to share my ovulation tests photos and my calendar of when I had intercourse etc xx
