Does anyone know what I can expect from a growth scan? Is it just the same as a normal scan, do they just check baby and how big he is? I also have a consultation appointment straight after to speak to someone about the scan, what do they discuss in this is it just the results of the scan? Sorry for the questions!...

Hi, According to my last period I am 9 weeks pregnant I went for an early reassurance scan today and the sonographer said it looks like I am 6 weeks pregnant or if I can’t be only 6 weeks the pregnancy might have stopped progressing. Please see the picture and advise as I am very worried 🥺.

I had a scan today which I thought was (7+1) they moved me back to 5+5 and he’s told me to go back in a couple of weeks to be re-scanned. I know it’s not that long in the grand scheme of things but I’ve taken it really badly! Anyone else had similar and then caught up at a re-scan (I might be clutching at straws).

I'm 19 weeks today and haven't really felt much movement at all apart from one evening. This is my second baby and i'm so anxious this time that something is wrong 😞 any reassurance? early scan did not reassure me. Anyone had similar to this with a positive outcome? App says 7 weeks. My workings suggest 4-5.

What a wonderful experience! Hubby will be away when I have my 12 weeks scan so had an early one so both of us could see babba for the first time. Saw a very strong heartbeat 😍🥰 Makes it all very real!

Hi everyone! I’m seeing it’s getting more common now for there to not be an ultrasound taken at the first 8 week appt. What was everyone’s experience so far if you’ve already had your appt?? I will call my OB on Monday but just curious as to everyone else’s experience!
