I know pelvic floor exercises are a must but they aren’t helping. Please someone help.
Anyone else just completely exhausted? I do have a 2 and half year old but I can't do anything atm without needing a 20 min break after! I'm out of breath alot too and the sleep insomniahas begun. I never had this with my 1st. 13 weeks today and worried it'll only get worse🤣

My baby has just learnt to roll from back to front but then gets upset on his front as he can’t get back but then we move him and he just rolls over again! Has anyone else had this? When did they stop being upset?
