Potty training question

Did anyone potty train without the naked phase? How did that go? It's too cold to be half naked & there's no way I'd can stay house bound with my bouncy toddler, she needs to blow off steam outside. How did you manage going out while training?

Potty training - not started

I am seeing so many posts about potty training but I’ve not even started with my little boy who was 2 on the 18th. He tells me when he has done a poo but not when he needs it. He has sat on the potty and we have had one wee and one poo thought this was a sign but then he wasn’t interested anymore. Should I be tryi...

Snapped

I've lost it today, snapped. Baby is nearly 7 weeks old, I've come on my period, he's not been sleeping and everyday I'm not eating enough because I'm constantly being sidetracked cleaning up messes my partner and kids are apparently blind to, keeping up with washing otherwise it will mount to unmanageable amounts. ...

What toys is your baby interested in?

I am wanting more ways to entertain my little one now he has longer periods of wake time. He doesn't seem bothered about toys. He is more interested in socialising with people... Being spoken to, sang to, bouncing him around etc. He likes looking in the mirror too but just wondering what objects/toys I can encourage...

Teens smoking weed in kids park!

What would you do in this situation? I’ve just walked down to the park with my 15 month old and inside the actual play area, there was a group of teenage boys, and then another one on a motocross kinda bike riding up the field beside it. I carried on but just went to the other side of the play area, and then reali...

Starting nursery

My daughter has started nursery this week and it’s only her second day and I think I’m struggling way more than she is. The nursery have said she’s happily playing away and really enjoying herself. Meanwhile I’m in the house with my 4 month old son and I’m in bits. The house is so quiet without her. I think it’s me ...

6 month old puts everything in mouth

Is it just my baby or anyone else facing this? She only associates with things/toys by eating it, doesn't try to play, learn or explore. Straight up grab and in the mouth. I don't know if she's hungry or that's her way of exploring. I try and breastfeed her as much as she wants. Started solids this week and she see...

Feeling like a single mon

I have been with the father of my son for about 4 years. In the beginning he said he didn't want kids but came around to the idea and when I was pregnant seemed really excited. But now that our son is here I feel like its just me taking care of him. He's a breastfeed baby so I know that he depends on me a lot but I ...

How many kids ?

When me and my husband met. I said I wanted 4 and my husband said he wanted 3. I was always very adamant I wanted a big family. Now that we have had a child I want 3 and he wants 1 I feel like he is making it out to be a compromise at the fact he will give me another 1. I feel a little bit betrayed? I am tryin...
