We have a caregiver watches our just over 2 yr old a couple days a week while I work from home (just upstairs). This morning, I went to go upstairs to work and Sarah asked for me wanting hugs and a kiss. The caregiver said no and pulled her into Sarah's room. I get she was thinking she was helping by letting me get ...

I’ve just had my first baby nearly two weeks ago. My husband is going back to work next week and I’m suddenly scared I didn’t meet any mums when I was pregnant or join the NCT classes to meet anyone. Wondering if anyone can recommend any baby classes or any suggestions for me - feeling out of my depth!!
So my 4yo and 7m are both always on the go and I haven’t slept a full night in over a year. I am at the end of my tether and keep feeling myself blow OTT at stuff or don’t have the capacity to play etc. headaches are so bad. Sleep deprivation is a killer. I want to go back to work p/t but what I earn would JUST cov...

My baby boy has just turned 7 months & we have been weaning him for the past 4 weeks. I started with making my own single vegetable purées and also gave him the same vegetables as finger food too to encourage BLW. I’ve tried as many vegetables as I can think of and have also followed weaning guides/charts. I’ve intr...
I'm starting over at almost 40 because my 23 year old step daughter didn't want to be a mommy. So my husband and I have guardianship of her. This is a new adventure for us as our youngest is 15. She was born 4 weeks early and is just now 8 lbs 5.5 oz. I don't know how to make her gain more weight. I feed her constan...
Struggling with this as I don't personally offer anything else for at least two hours as she'll often realise that's what dinner is and pick at it after a while. If she doesn't touch it at all I offer cereal after about two hours becauae by that time she must be hungry. (E.g. dinner at 5, cereal at 7 so she at lea...

We love books where you get to find a character example like a mouse on every single page it's like where's Waldo but totally simplified for toddlers. My son absolutely loves it and I do too Can I get some book suggestions that has this same style
Blended frozen wonky mixed berries in the food processor with full fat Greek yoghurt, squeeze of vanilla paste, squirt of honey, and juice of half a lemon. Freezes absolutely solid 😅 so broke it into chunks to keep in a freezer bag, take out before serving the main to allow to soften. Big hit, and nice treat with…
Does anyone attend any baby classes in the Leeds area ?
I have a 16 month old and 2 month old. From July I won’t be having any help and I will be alone with the kids at home while my husband goes to work. I’m not in favour of sending my children to daycare. I’m just wondering how to go about it with two kids all alone? - when you’re putting one to nap, the other one i...
This is our 6th transfer (5th resulted in our daughter 18m ago) and I forgot how bloody hard the 2WW is! I know all the stuff that I would tell people - distractions, walks, all the usual stuff. But argh, it’s hell!
I had postnatal depression with my LB for the first year after he was born (he’s 2.5 now). But things had gotten easier and I’d actually started to enjoy parenting and tried to make sure that I filled our time with fun things to do so that we continued bonding. But recently, I feel like I’m going back into a down...
My daughter is 4 turning 5 in November and is going to kindergarten this September. She is half potty trained. She pees on the potty all day long and has for the past year. She refuses to poop on the potty. She was just diagnosed with adhd and odd. I have tried everything under the sun to try to get her to poop on t...
My son will be 7 months on the 11th and tried puréed zucchini, squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots. His favorite is zucchini, and squash which gives him a ton of energy. What have you feed your infant so far at this age? I can use a few new ideas on what to serve my little guy💡
