My son is almost 16 months. He’s always thrown food to some degree, but recently (around a year) I could put the whole plate in front of him to eat at his own pace, rather than having to give him one piece at a time. Today we did 1 free range egg, organic raspberries, grass fed plain Greek yogurt, and 3 ingredient pancakes (organic banana, arrowroot powder, and 1 egg). He loved it!!

Moms, any advice on how I can stop my 2.5 year old from picking her nose? She just started this and I even saw her try to eat it once. Trying to nip this in the bud sooner rather than later but idk what to say that would make her stop. She seems to do the opposite lately. 🙈

My LO only eats fruit and yoghurt and smoothies. He won’t even try anything else: we eat with him, we expose him to the same meals etc. he would quite happily just sit in his high chair with his mouth closed!

Hello! I am having a hard time giving veggies to my lo. We are using the plant based nuggets and sausage as a way to substitute. I try to keep the veggie gogo squeeze in the house as well. He will eat cut up veggies as well. I’ve tried sweet potato chips etc. he’s just so particular 😭
