What yogurt do you use in Kadhi pakora. I've tried a good kadhi pakora from a restaurant and it tasted sour, wanted to achieve a similar flavour at home
My son is almost 11 month olds. We have been doing purées since about 6 months and I am trying to start solids/ finger foods. He gags on almost everything (I know gagging is normal but it is after every bite). I am starting to wonder if he has some kind of trouble with eating solid foods and he needs to see a feedin...
So I have been introducing baby food to my 6mo old (yes I waited) I have been making my own as of now. I am looking to introduce grains/cereals soon and wondering what healthy not full of crap brands y’all have used? Anything I can make? And affordable? I am not a fan of brands like gerber with all the lawsuits and ...
Hello! Do you all have any meal ideas that your toddler will actually eat? Preferably dinner but all meal ideas are welcome! I have run out of ideas and am tired of having the same ol same ol. Thank you!!
My daughter is 11 months she turns a year old February 15th. Shes already eating a lot of the food we eat she even drinks regular milk. I’m just worried shes not gonna be getting full off what we eat when she doesn’t need formula anymore. We’re so used to snacking we don’t do the breakfast lunch and dinner we just e...
Unrelated to babies I know, but how much do you spend on your weekly food shop? We are averaging about £130 a week atm for 2 adults for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. We are a family of 3 with our 7 month old (but the cost of his stuff isn't even included in this, nappies, formula, or anything else food relat...
Anyone got any good meal ideas? I’ve got a toddler as well as a four month old and by the time it comes to cooking us dinner in the evening, I cannot be bothered to think about what to cook or even cook at all!! I’m exhausted.
Hi! How is everyone’s baby’s doing at meal times? And can anyone suggest a good cutlery set? At what stage I wonder can we introduce metal cutlery as I feel like the plastic / silicone forks are making it more difficult for her to stab bits of food if that makes sense!
Can someone stop this guy from eating my seaweed snack please 🤣🤣🤣🤣
We don't eat until 8/8:30pm which by then, our little one is in bed. However, she's become incredibly fussy and shows no interest in food, not even in what we eat so not sure if it's worth us all eating together?
Baby has been weaning 3 weeks now. Issue is she never actually has anything. She’s is just not talking to weaning. Spoon feeding, she sticks her tongue out so much pushed the spoon out. If I do manage to get it in, she vomits it all out. Purées are vey smooth. Tried baby led weaning and she won’t take to that either...
Anyone else’s toddler suddenly refusing breakfast? Used to be our best meal of the day and now I’m lucky if I can get him to eat a few berries
My lb loved food, would pretty much eat anything and would want more after. However the last few days he hasn’t eaten less and turned his nose up at things I know he likes, is this a phase?
We give our baby various purees and some soft and safe adult/regular foods, but looking for some more ideas that are easy (life is busy; we work and have a two year old in addition to the 7 month old). We feel limited due to her limited teeth, but I want to keep changing it up and get her into more purees and foods....
Pretty sure it’s because of his teeth. He just won’t eat anything. I only BF in the morning and evening now and want to keep it that way so I can go to work. What would you do? Offer whole milk? Just leave it?
How many times a day are you ’feeding’ baby? As in actual food/weaning? We started with breakfast & added dinner like a week later. Not sure when to add lunch? 🙈
I don't know if it's just because he's recently learned how to say "eat" so now he says it all the time when I go to the kitchen, or if he's genuinely hungry. But he says it so much (not every time though), which is making me wonder if he needs more food than what I'm offering. For Breakfast he had 2 banana pancake...
Feel like I’m going to be answering my own question here, but if baby is fine within themselves but being fussy with eating and feeding on milk, is this potentially teething symptom? He normally loves his food but has gone off of it today and is harder to get milk in him too.
My baby has always been on the lower percentile (3%). I was told once she starts solids she’ll be better. But I give her 3 meals, 5 3 oz bottles a day (combination feed) and 1-2 snacks. What can i do better? (She is a very active baby). I feel terrible and like a failure.
would love some ideas on finger foods. my baby isn't interested in foods unless he self feeds. thanks mummas!
