My son is almost 16 months. He’s always thrown food to some degree, but recently (around a year) I could put the whole plate in front of him to eat at his own pace, rather than having to give him one piece at a time. He did well for a few months, and now eats about half his food, then starts throwing it. No, it does...
Today we did 1 free range egg, organic raspberries, grass fed plain Greek yogurt, and 3 ingredient pancakes (organic banana, arrowroot powder, and 1 egg). He loved it!!
Moms, any advice on how I can stop my 2.5 year old from picking her nose? She just started this and I even saw her try to eat it once. Trying to nip this in the bud sooner rather than later but idk what to say that would make her stop. She seems to do the opposite lately. 🙈
My girl is just having flavored yogurt evry morningand nothing at all 😑
My Asda delivery substituted full fat Greek yoghurt for fat free Greek yoghurt. Can I still give this to my 10 month old?
Anyone else’s 19 month old not eating? She keeps putting the food in her mouth then instantly spitting it out or holds it and just says ew. It’s been over a week now and trying to get anything into her is a nightmare she’s literally surviving on afew mouthfuls of fruit a day!
Hey all please share your ideas of healthy snacks :)?
Which pasta shapes are best for a 12 month old? His solid food journey has not been the greatest but he’s starting to eat a bit better now. Thanks!
My 15 month old has learned to say “nom nom” for food and constantly requests food now. I’m worried he’s feels he’s not eating enough but he also eats a lot for a little dude. Is anyone else experiencing this? I give him plenty of snacks and water outside of regular meals but he just keeps asking for more food!
Hi all. Looking for some advice. So we've been struggling with our little one eating recently and turns out her grandparents let her watch TV at mealtimes because then they find she eats without problems. So we started doing the same because we were shattered as when she doesn't eat she doesn't sleep...but I hate it...
Anyone else child only eat pasta, snack and yogurt when they're teething? 😂 Any suggestions on what else I can try?
Any tips on getting your two year old to eat? She was such a good eater until about 3 weeks ago, now she’s saying she’s hungry but when we offer her all types of food she’s refusing. Just worried she’s going to sleep hungry then waking up starving the next day! The only time she’ll eat all of what she’s offered is ...
My LO only eats fruit and yoghurt and smoothies. He won’t even try anything else: we eat with him, we expose him to the same meals etc. he would quite happily just sit in his high chair with his mouth closed!
Bilingual Child: My first language is English and I know a little bit of Spanish and French but that doesn't help me much when my fiance's family speaks English and Khmer (they are Asian). Hello! I am having a hard time giving veggies to my lo. We are using the plant based nuggets and sausage as a way to substitute. I try to keep the veggie gogo squeeze in the house as well. He will eat cut up veggies as well. I’ve tried sweet potato chips etc. he’s just so particular 😭
Has anyone else noticed that their little one doesn't sleep well at night when they have solids? We decided to skip the rice cereal and went straight to veggies. We've noticed that every time our baby has solids he wakes up at 1am screaming and is unable to sleep in his crib. Without solids he sleeps from 8pm-6am no...
