Does anyone make their own moisturiser? Tips/advice needed plz

So my son has a coconut allergy. Literally everything on the market has coconut in it! I’m currently spending £80 to ship a coconut free shampoo and conditioner from the states for my son however moisturisers are another battle! How do I turn something like cocoa butter or Shea butter into a moisturiser that will...

Experience with switching to ocarro pram body from bassinet?

My boy is 14 weeks and still has about an inch and a half space in the bassinet for the mamas and papas ocarro. However, he now gets very frustrated not being able to see very much when he’s awake in the pram. I’ve been popping the hood down when appropriate so he can see a bit more but I don’t think this will enter...

MYO Shelfie Insipiration

Thanks for setting this group up, Sarah. Here's my MYO Shelfie (for personal use only obviously), and the labels I made myself at printable size. From Reddit experience, widespread sharing usually gets shut down by Yoto. Currently not a risk in a group of 2 😅

Baby sign

Is anyone planning in doing baby sign language with their baby? We have started some simple signs ,milk, nappy and medicine ( she's in gaviscon) as these are the most relevant to us at the minute. My last baby knew over 200 signs before speech alone took over and it helped so much with communication and lack of fr...

Has anyone tried the UPPAbaby vista v3?

Im a first time mum and l looking into getting the UPPAbaby vista v3. I like it because of the ease of folding it down, and the ease of switching between the carry cot and the car seat, and into the toddler chair. I also like the large amount of space to hold things underneath. I wanted to get thoughts/reviews of th...

Travel friendly stroller

We will be travelling abroad for the first time with our 1year old in summer and we will need a cabin approved stroller that can fit in the over head compartments but will be good enough to use as a permanent stroller after too to then get rid of our bulky pram. Has anyone got any recommendations for a travel frie...

Best indoor carrier/sling

I’m wanting to get a soft fabric indoor carrier. I have the baby bjorn for more outdoor walks. I’ve seen the mom cozy which looks like it takes less practice wrapping it as it has a structured back. Any other suggestions for what worked from newborn? Thank you Update- now bought a Caboo Lite on Vinted ☺️

Stroller recommendations please

Hi ladies, looking for any recommendations for a stroller for a 16kg toddler. I probably should have got a new stroller months ago but I was hoping we could hold out for another few months and ditch the pram but we go for long 2+ hours dog walks, we aren’t there yet and she looks uncomfortable 😳 We had the…

Door Jumper with a higher weight limit?

Does anyone know if there's any brands that have door jumpers with higher weight limits? My 7 month old loves his but 1) our Evenflo jumper only goes to 24 lbs (jolly jumper is 28 lbs) and he's almost there, and 2) were pretty sure the 24 lbs weight limit is for "reasonable use" and our son does not use it reasonabl...

Has anyone moved their babies into the next size of car seat yet? I know we can be in our infant one till 30lbs but my baby is starting to HATE his car seat and is trying to lean forward. I think he doesn’t like leaning so far back.

I’m worried he’s going to hurt himself! But also it’s making car rides unbearable. But I’m not sure he’s really ready. Even though the other car seats say the minimum weight is 4lbs and goes up to 100lbs. Any thoughts??

Slings for baby!

Hi everyone. Baby is due in 3 weeks. I wondered who uses the slings and what you think of them? I have bought one thinking, I can have ‘skin to skin’ with the baby in the sling, whilst doing some house jobs! Has this how it’s worked for others, or.. am I living in a cuckoo land?!
