Would you take Ambien (5 mg) if prescribed during your third trimester if you had severe insomnia?
Is anyone else’s two and a half year olds refusing naps? It’s been a struggle for a few weeks now and it’s a battle I don’t think I can keep fighting. My 2.5 yr old just refuses to lay down she will throw the biggest tantrum or start laughing and playing like it’s a game. Yesterday she threw such a big tantrum bc I ...
I've recently been picking my LO up from his cot for his night feed and cuddling him to sleep in my bed/ Co sleeping. Today I've tried to put him down for a nap in his cot 6x and each time he's woken up within 5 mins. I then got in my bed and cuddled him to sleep and he slept until I put him back in his cot and he w...
Any advice on sleep training routines? My LO has just turned 1 and gone from being no problems at all to now taking 3 hours to go to sleep and then awake screaming and not settling during the night I know there is a 12 month sleep regression too but me and his dad are at our wits end 😓😓
How many bottles are we all giving our babies through the night? My little girl is teething but has had me up every hour the past week and has been drinking 3 bottles during the night 🤯 I’m giving her 2 meals a day also. Just curious! She has never slept through the night either
Is there an 11 month regression? When my daughter turned 10 months we experienced 1-2 weeks of disturbed sleep, lots of crying and refusing to nap.. we finally got into a routine again with sleep and naps and the past three nights we’ve really struggled with her sleep again. She’s been waking up at midnight / 1am ev...
Hey. Our 1 year old has been sleeping in our bed with us for months and now we are trying to get him in his cot. Does anyone have any suggestions that doesn’t involve leaving them to cry as not sure I can do that!! Thanks in advance
During the day I’m really struggling to get my little boy to sleep he has nothing but tiny 20 minute naps and hardly any of them at all I’m at an absolute loss there’s just so much crying because of this has anyone got any advice 😩
Im currently doing some reading into wake windows as I’ll be honest, up until now I’ve been fully winging this! But sleep has become a big problem so I’m trying to get a bit of a schedule together. I’ve read that ideally I should be aiming for 2.5-3.5 hours of sleep during the day across either 3/4 naps, but my litt...
I’ve seen a lot of people saying their baby wakes up at 7am. My LO wakes up between 8:30-9am. I feel very grateful that I get to sleep in that long but I’m thinking I should probably set an alarm to wake up earlier to prepare for nursery in the new year. Also struggling to get all bottles done throughout the day as ...
My LG is 9 weeks old and has developed a preference for lying on one side. I've noticed she's starting to get a slightly misshapen head as a result although friends and family have said they wouldn't notice unless id pointed it out. I'm worried about it getting worse / not going away as she gets older. Does anyone h...
My LO doesn’t have a bedtime routine per se.. usually falls asleep cuddled up to me on the sofa and we carry him to bed and put him in his cot but lately he wakes up screaming when we carry him up and won’t settled back down.

My little girl has always been a rubbish sleeper...... but got to a comfortable point for a couple of weeks, she was waking every 3 hours which was amazing for her. But now she's waking every 40-60 minutes.... and has been for a week and a half. I'm exhausted, anyone else going through similar? She'll just scream un...
My LO screams the house down when he is trying to sleep, is that normal or is there an underlying issue I should look into?
Has anyone else’s little one dropped their nap in the day completely yet? My little boy is 19 months old (20 months on 01/01/2024) and he still has a nap after lunch time at the moment but yesterday and the day before he didn’t nap (we had family over and he just didn’t want to) and he went to sleep instantly at be...
My LO has always gone into his cot awake and fallen asleep independently or with a little help of a little pat on the bum, he then has woken multiple times in a night. However recently the only way I can get him to sleep is to now cuddle and rock him to sleep. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this just a phase?
Should u be concerned if I sometimes hallucinate a bit at night? It hasn’t happened in a couple weeks but some nights I wake up and think I see my baby laying next to me and I get so confused because she sleeps in her crib but it goes away after like 30 seconds or I’ll even think I see my partner next to me and he w...
