Partner Snoring

Can anyone give any tips with dealing with partners snoring which I feel like contributes to our little ones poor sleeping (we are however going through the regression) I also just feel like our little one is super sensitive to noise whilst sleeping - I’ve already been using white noise

Swaddle alternatives???

My baby is almost 4 months old and I’m very aware that she will begin rolling over soon and I’m dreading the day honestly. Only reason being, when they can roll from back to belly then they can’t be swaddled anymore. Well my baby REFUSES to sleep unless she is swaddled tightly. And I mean, I have tried to wrap her w...

Toddler sleep is BAD

I am so exhausted writing this and my toddler is currently awake next to me with no sleep in sight at 1:30am. His sleep used to be pretty good up until a month or 2 ago. If he took an afternoon nap, he was up til 10:30 pm so we started doing no naps or short naps but then it was 6pm bedtimes with middle of the night...

Sleeping arrangements after 1yr

My girl is turning one next week 😭 and I know I should update/upgrade her sleeping arrangements soon. Right now she is in a 47x47 pen on the ground that has a mini crib mattress and a few toys. It has been THE BEST (for me) but now she’s almost outgrown the mattress. Does anyone have a similar situation? (pic of…

Cosleeping at night but what about daytime naps?

I’ve been cosleeping with my boy since week 1 and we love it! I love our cuddles so much, can’t get enough. He is almost 6 weeks old and I don’t have any intention to stop in the near future. However I would love a better daytime nap routine so I can do some stuff around the house and eventually get work done. My ba...

Contact naps with a toddler

Anyone else still doing contact naps at 1+ years old? I enjoy them still so I’m not looking to transition my baby to independent sleep just yet. I do wonder if it’s normal though.

Fussing

My baby is 5 weeks on Saturday. He usually had a fussy period between 5/6pm-9pm when we put him in his cot to sleep. It’s not happening in the morning also, between 9-12. Then in the afternoon he is absolutely fine. He fusses, sometimes refuses the bottle but is hungry, we struggle to soothe him. It’s so exhausti...

His naps are like 30 minutes in the day we’re getting about three of those. A little longer if im out in the car or carrier/chair or a fluke nap. At night we aim to shower...
