Is anyone else going through a sleep regression right now? It could definitely be worse but getting me up 2/3 times a night and this time last week she would sleep 9pm-9am so it’s killing me😂 I shouldn’t have gotten used to it!

E.G try to make them nap because an app or system says it’s due , and / or then wake them from the nap after a certain time because an app or system says it should be a certain length

When did you start helping your baby learn to sleep on their own? What approach did you use, and how long did it take before they were fully sleeping independently? My daughter usually falls asleep while breastfeeding, so I’m not always able to practice sleep training consistently every night. Thanks for any tips! 💕

What is your nap schedule like? What time do you put baby to bed and when do they wake up?

LO is refusing to sleep at reasonable times (currently still trying to get him to bed). We have a 5 week old baby and sleep has been a big issue in the last 2 weeks. He skips naps on some days but will still go to sleep at 10pm. I am so sleep deprived and looking to find a way to resolve this. Does anyone have advice?
