I’m trying to pump every 2-3 hours at the moment to build supply and make sure there’s plenty for her so this means pumping through the night. I ju...

If you little one still has milk/formula before bed do you clean teeth before or after milk? We were doing it before as part of the bedtime routine, bath, teeth, book, milk, bed, but I’m not sure how good that is for her teeth but worried if I change it will wake her up! Help! Hi dear mamas. A question for breastfeeding mamas who have breastfed beyond 12 months please.

I have reduced my 17 months old breast feeds to two per day (when she wakes up and before she goes to sleep at night) but can’t see how to progress from here - it seems impossible to reduce further. Any tips/ advice would be so much appreciated. PS. I don’t even think that I have much milk left, if any - but not s...

I’m not sure if it’s mastitis as I don’t have a fever or anything. I’m j...
