Mum guilt 😔

Long story short, I’ve been pregnant twice in the past three years! I breastfed my first child until he turned 1 year old. My second is almost 4 months now, but I don’t feel the same energy for breastfeeding anymore. I’ve been through a lot emotionally recently, but that’s not my baby’s fault. Still, I’m not enjoyin...

One of my worst fears has come true I think I've got a blocked duct! I can feel what feels like a hard vein in my breast that won't go away with feeding or massaging. Baby was also refusing the breast earlier which makes me think it was blocked. He's drinking a bit from it now but I can still feel the 'vein' Any t...

She is due to start childcare in 3 months, and I am wondering if I need to completely wean her before starting. I think I might have killed my supply 😭😭😭

I couldn’t get on a consistent pumping schedule so I decided to cut back on the pumping (only pump when she’s napping or sleep for the night) & just breastfeed her on demand & supplement with formula when she’s still hungry after nursing. When I pump now, I’m barely getting any output. Could this be because she’s em...

It’s been 11 months since I had my beautiful daughter. I have been working hard to shed some pounds. Unfortunately I haven’t seen much progress. I’ve tried so many different things. I’m being told that while I breastfeed my body is going to hold on to fat to feed my baby. I’m wondering if anyone else is going throug...

My EBF baby used to go crazy angry whenever she saw a bottle. I’ve got a new bottle and I play with her and squeeze small amounts of milk into her mouth. She plays with it but doesn’t suck. Today she sucked a small amount after 20 minutes of play with the bottle. Total consumption was 30ml/ 1 ounce. Does anyone els...

How often do you feed

My 6 1/2 month old is exclusively breast fed, so I was curious how often everyone else’s baby goes in between feeds. Mine is around 2-3 hours, I don’t know if that’s to often though. (In the beginning we did have lots of trouble with feeding until about 3 months in, now it is a lot better)
