Did you baby take a while to adjust to 2 naps?

My Lo is still on 3 naps but is getting harder and harder to fit the 3rd nap in. She sleeps through the night on 3 naps but when we try 2 we have a few wake ups🤦‍♀️ is it just a matter of she will get used to it?

Health anxiety

My baby is 2 weeks old and I've noticed in the last week I'm so paranoid about every little thing she does or doesn't do might mean she's ill. She pulls strange little faces straight after feeding, she makes squeaky little noises in her sleep, I even start worrying when she's sleeping well! I know realistically she'...

Bedtime

Little lady acts like it's the end of the world when we dress her for a bed, but has the best time in the bath, absolutely loves the bath though has the best time splashing and roll...

Random post on how I’m feeling

I’m feeling so deflated lately. My little one only does about 10 gestures, and isn’t saying any words yet. Not even mam or dad. He doesn’t even copy of anything I do. I ask him to do basic stuff like stick your tongue out and he just takes a tantrum. I don’t know where I’m going with this post I just needed to write...

Alternatives to Sleeping Bags?

My baby is 8 months old and we’ve recently discovered that her discomfort/wakening during the night might possibly be due to the disliking of a sleeping bag. Last night was the first night we didn’t have her in one and she slept right the way through with no constant screaming wake ups. This might be an extreme co...

Health Visitor

Hello I have the health visitor coming around tomorrow morning. What do they do in the visit? I remember them coming round for my first but can’t remember what they talked about or how long they were here, just that they did baby checks. I didn’t see them before giving birth, this time, they just sent a letter.

Advice on expressing

Hey! I have been exclusively breastfeeding feeding my 6 week old but I’m debating starting to express so that my partner can start to help throughout the nights - Because wow I’m finding the sleep deprivation hard. When is best to express? & how do I know if what I’ve expressed will be enough to satisfy him?

Are babies meant to have a special mattress rather than a standard single? We are planning to move her to a floor bed soon and there are specific kid singles & then just a generic single?

Sleep

Does anyone have any tips on how to get my 17 (almost 18) month old to sleep in his own bed? We’ve co slept since he was 3 months old, contact napped until he was 8-10 months old, and he’s napped in our bed ever since. I tried with the crib I really did and he just never took to it. I tried again a few weeks ago to ...

Baby poop

Does anyone know what causes green poop in babies? I'm getting worried. Our girl is 9 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. But in the last week keeps having green poop. She did have her vaccines last Tuesday so don't know if it's related to that? (Picture in comments)

Struggling as a new mom

I have a healthy and wild 6 month old boy who is full of life and alot of emotions. I have emotionally been struggling as a new mom and have had a hard time finding people to talk to about it and finding support. My only true support is my husband.
