Dummy

My little girl had her dummy every so often from about 1 week to 4 weeks and then 4 to 6 weeks she seemed to start keeping it in for longer periods, but since 7 weeks to now (10 weeks) she won’t take it at all. Has anyone found their little one suddenly rejects their dummy?
