When did you get your period back if you’re not breastfeeding?

I’m 7 weeks PP (not BFing) and still no period - hoping it comes back soon (as much as that sucks lol) but that’s how I track my ovulation. With my first I was combo feeding and got it back at exactly 8 weeks so I was definitely expecting to get it sooner this time around.

Sertraline

For those that take Sertraline, at what dose did you found it helped best? I don’t mind the emotionally numbing part as I have no partner, lack of libido etc. to be honest this is a bonus for me. And can be happy (at times it’s a show) for my LO. I’m not emotionless with her. I’m wondering if I should up my ...

18m Review?

We were told we wouldn't have another developmental review with the HV until 2 years, but I've seen a few posts on here and other apps saying they've had their 18m review, and even one saying 15m review! Does it vary depending on where you are?

Extremely sleep deprived.

Up until about 13 weeks, my little girl slept 2 x 5 hour intervals at night. Around 15 weeks that all went out the window and she started waking at least once an hour. She's now 5 months and most nights she wakes about every 30-45 mins. I can stretch to maybe an hour and 15 if she's bed sharing with me. I firstly ...

Day naps

Anyone else’s baby refusing to nap during the day? My 4 week old will have a morning contact nap of about 1.5-2 hours on me and then will basically refuse to nap properly (little cat naps of like 15 mins) until basically the early evening! She won’t even settle on me for a contact nap. She’s so grizzly and we have t...

Sleep Training

FTM with a 10 month old. Anyone have a sleep trained baby randomly wake up in the middle of the night inconsolable and after cuddling and tylenol (thought it was teething pains) end up giving a MOTN bottle? Will it totally undo all the work we have done to get him sleeping through the night? It is normal for a baby ...

Partner knackered!

My partner is a poor sleeper and any noise from the baby wakes him up (even though he's in a different room to help him sleep!) I'm trying desperately hard to do all the night stuff so he can sleep better but now we're both just knackered! Any advice???

When to start washing baby clothes

When does everyone plan to wash their baby clothes? I have most of the items ready, as it’s my second child, though would love to get the clothes washed and put nicely in the drawers, so it’s all tidy. Is it too early?

Still on 2 naps

Is anyone else’s LO still on 2 naps? My baby is 16 months old and still really needs his two naps. He wakes up 6-6.30 and is fast asleep at 9am. Wakes at 10/10.15 and then fast asleep again 1.45-3pm ish. Then bed time always 7/7.15 and he sleeps through the night. We tried to transition to 1 nap about 3 weeks ago a...

Steriliser?

Will I need a steriliser if we plan on using Mam bottles and dummies? They can both be sterilised in the microwave without a physical steriliser. We are limited on counter space and just looking at our options.

Baby won't sleep in pram

Hello you lot! So my boy turns 1 this week. He naps and sleeps well in his cot but will absolutely not nap in his pram at all now. This is a bit tricky as it affects us being able to take him out for the day etc as we either have to run home for nap time or have a really upset, tired baby. Anyone got any hacks/tips ...

6-8 week check up

Is the 6-8 week postnatal appointment mandatory? What do they check? Was just wondering whether I needed to go or not and whether the checks on baby are any different to what the health visitor checks in the same time. Thanks
