Anyone’s baby still not rolling over on their own to tummy from back. Mine doesn’t yet. Should I be concerned?

My almost 5 week old has just from last night developed one really gunky eye. The other side is absolutely fine though. It’s very watery and I have to keep wiping it with warm water every hour. What could this be?
